Spread your wings at reservoir

The bald eagles at Walborn Reservoir have reportedly hatched chicks. See if you can spot them as the Stark County Park District sets up a scope and information on the magnificent birds from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at the observation area, 13600 Marlboro Ave. NE, Marlboro Township. 330-409-8096 or www.starkparks.com.

Ballet tells ‘Cinderella’ tale

Ballet Wooster presents Cinderella at 2 p.m. at Wooster High School, 515 Oldman Road, featuring 55 dance students ages 3-18. Tickets are $12, $8 for students, seniors and children. MercyMe to perform at Civic

Christian pop-rock band MercyMe comes to the Akron Civic Theatre at 6 p.m., offering what Beacon Journal music writer Malcolm X Abram calls “an eclectic contemporary big-tent sound encompassing various strains of popular music.” Tickets are $20-$52 at www.akroncivic.com.
