Stark County Family Court judge calls it a career

CANTON: Stark County Family Court Judge Michael Howard is retiring.

Howard, 65, who was elected as a judge in 2004, is finishing his final term.

“I recognized that I really had a passion for trying to help kids,” Howard told the Canton Repository.
