Quilt show and lectures continue
The Mutton Hill Quilt Show continues from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the John S. Knight Center in downtown Akron. Nearly 250 antique and contemporary quilts are on display, plus vendors selling supplies and equipment and sharpening scissors. Mineral society hosts ‘Gemboree’
If you’re more of a rock hound, the Summit Lapidary Club and the Akron Mineral Society’s Gemboree runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Emidio & Sons Expo Center, 48 E. Bath Road, Cuyahoga Falls.
